Wow 8 minutes of jogging!

Do i rest tomorrow or can i walk on days between the podcasts?

I’d say rest. You don’t want to tire yourself and then burn out

Just don't run.. but you need rest day exercise as the runs get longer for strength and stamina :)

You can walk or do other exercise, but not run. However remember to go easy on yourself — if you are starting from nothing your body needs a bit of time to recover and get used to things. You’ll have more energy and be able to do more things later,

Well done & welcome😊, walking or strength & stretch fine but your body does need time to adjust to running so keep plenty energy for your run days especially if you haven’t done much exercise before. Its s great program & forum keep reading & posting😊

You rest from runs... but..... that does not mean total, flop around, rest..... you exercise too..non impact.. strength and flex, walking, swimming cycling, Yoga or Pilates.. whatever you like.

All helps with stamina and strength :) I often do more exercise on rest days than on my Run day!
