W3, R1 complete

I honestly couldn’t even imagine getting this far with the programme so I feel a sense of achievement just writing this!

Treated myself to new running shoes on Friday to celebrate end of W2 and couldn’t wait to try them out. Last week’s R1 and R2 felt like death-by-running. This week’s 3 minutes felt surprisingly easy... As it’d been raining, it was potentially slippery underfoot and I think that helped as it made me go slowly, carefully and with small steps.

Am really looking forward to the other two runs this week. Who’s joining me on a W3 adventure?

Well done Joanne, nothing like new running shoes to get your pace sorted out 😉...

Light, small steps at a nice steady pace is the way to go..

Good luck with W3 R2 sounds like you are enjoying it😊x

Onwards and upwards..

Well done you JB! I’m a day behind you so great to hear that Wk3 is not so bad. I’m a bit apprehensive about it 😟
