Yay, Week 6 here we come!

I’ve never run before, just enjoy walking with my dog, Chester (a 3 year old Doberman). Came across the couch to 5k app and thought we would give it a try. Wow we love it!! So proud that we have completed Week 5, although number 3 was a shock!! Feeling great :).
