Made the mistake of having pasta for lunch & even though I left it 2.5 hours before heading out, I really felt it! Run was great though, slow & steady! Feel a bit sad that the interval runs are finished - 25 minutes on Tuesday, eek!! Hope you've all had a happy Sunday run day ☺🏃🏽‍♀️

Well done, I did that one yesterday, I am having an extra day off and doing Run 3 on Tuesday

i don’t do pub lunches very often but the last two occasions I’ve done so I’ve just had to go out running as I can’t bear the overfull feeling. After 2.5 hours your food should have gone down 😁. Was it a big portion 😃

It was! You can have unlimited pasta on Slimming World but it wasn't too bad ☺ I find it easier to run on an empty stomach but that's probably not recommended ☺

No cos you run out of steam and it feels awful. I run on food always I always eat porridge for breakfast on run days,made with water
