Parkrun graduation

So my week 9 run 3 was at a parkrun. Didn't manage the whole 5k but definitely will in the future! Have to say I'm really enjoying running and reading everyone's posts. I am determined to keep running and have talked to a group at parkrun who are part of a club so am planning to join them. No longer a couch potato!
