Week 1 done! Just about to start week 2.

I'm feeling very positive about week 2. I found week 1 quite easy and challenged myself to go faster and use an incline on the treadmill. Week 2 I'm starting off with no incline and a steady pace to see how I go. I'd love to run outdoors but not got the confidence yet. Also I've suffered with my knees previously and think the treadmill has shock absorbency to help. Early days but it is going well so far. Wish me luck! 😁

Go slowly! No need to push at all with this programme. The only imperative is to finish each session. Time, pace, distance don’t matter for this job 🙂

If you have a known knee issue why push it? Take care! 🙂

I think I've been so out of action for such a long time I'm just keen to get back to it but you are right, I need to take it easy and just pace myself. Thanks for the reply!😁
