Hi there

Due to start week 4 this week but not been feeling great. Just wanted to know whether to start first run of week 4 when better or go back to week 3?

You should be fine to start week 4 when your felling better. Get well soon.

I’m in the same boat as you. I pulled muscles in my back on Monday.

You go with what you feel. If you think it will help..then just take a small jogette out, and repeat the last run of week 3.... if you think by the end of the week you are ready and feel fine, then try Week 4, really steady and slow.. and see how you feel... :)
