Well W5R2 went well nice early run on the prom again. Beautiful morning 14 degrees at 7am !!

Usual creeky start but not for so long this morning and ran 2x8 mins in relative comfort slow and steady but l did it. Picked up pace in the last 60 secs to build some stamina.

Completed 4.4km but slower from Monday’s run 10.4 but not bothered that will come in time. Most importantly l did it to the letter MJ sounded extra proud of me today 👍😂

Well thought l was having some kind of malfunction this morning of the clothing kind as l was nodded at and smiled at on my run but no l was being acknowledged as a runner 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😂 yes little 5ft rotund me lm in the club of runners Whoop whoop.

Looking forward to Fridays run think it’s a long one so that will be challenging but l know l can do this.
