That's no bad thing, it's all good, getting off the couch again is good :-) And it will just fit in time for this Christmas!

No need to be ashamed, but to maintain the benefits you need to maintain the effort. I reckon your best way of keeping it up this time is to keep posting on this forum and maybe getting into the habit of doing parkrun regularly.

You know what it can do for you, so it is such a shame to throw all that effort and its benefits away.
