W2R2 was going so well but had dreaded shin splint pain in my left leg almost from the get-go. These are my nemesis, first time I've had them since starting C25K & really don't want them to get in the way!! Pls can anyone advise of best stretches before/after & any other tips to avoid? Also, do compression socks really

I've never had shin splints so I can't advise, but I feel for you. It's so frustrating when you've set your mind on doing C25K and then have an injury. Hope they feel better soon.
