Rain is ok. Cooling! Running in the rain doesn't bother you once you've done it. If you get a jacket and/or cap you're sorted.

Once you're out there it's never as bad as looking at it through the window

Well I did it had no choice as the killer treadmill died !!!! Found a light waterproof jacket that is hubbys he is a xxl and his baseball cap ( what a sight) and of I go !!!! Not to bad I thought then it got quite breezy and of course it had to be in front of me !!

Half way through that bloody jacket was making me the temperature of lava but I power through 20 mins in on my final straight country lane small path a humongous puddle ( more like a lake ) and a b*#%*%#d silver van coming at me plenty of room on other side of road but no he just ploughs through

Cause I have hubby jacket on ten times to big the tidal waves go up my bloody jacket even my bra is soaked!!!!!!! All I can say is I did it and karma is going to be a bitch !!!!! Hot shower required 🤣🤣🤣

Keep the cap, but ditch the jacket I had a rather fetching pink one, omg my whole body was the same colour as pink slime when I'd finished running in the rain, it was like wearing a polythene bag...

OMG I know it was like a bag being backed up with a blow heater!!! I was so adamant not to break my 30 mins I just kept sweating !!!! Never again !!! 🤣🤣
