Did w3r1 last night..and as im away at the weekend i really wanted to get r2 and r3 done before i go on Friday morning. Woukd it be really silly to r2 tonight and r3 tomorrow night...shoukd i just have a break and do r2 tomorrow and r3 next week? (Cant run whilst away due to packing logistics..no room for trainers/kit ha!)

Should i just be patient or for it?

Am loving it all so far and normally run at the gym..yes the gym.... a word i never ever thought i woukd say never mind join and enjoy!!! 😁

Yes, really silly.

Your muscles build while you rest (and, especially, while you sleep -- the more sleep, the better). By overtaxing them you will rip and tear them and cause yourself an injury.

Regarding packing and kit: I travel all the time and never with more than hand luggage. In December, I went to Stockholm, then to Hawaii for a business conference, then to New Mexico for a week. With hand luggage (by way of saying: trust me). At this stage, your runs are not super long. You need flexible pants or shorts (tights are pretty low volume/lightweight if you have them); a t-shirt; a layer probably (another long-sleeved shirt?); socks; shoes. Shoes are the big item, but at week 3 I used a regular casual trainer when running -- so perhaps you can wear your dress shoes and pack your casual shoes, and the casual shoes can be used for running. Everything else, in my view, can be part of your regular packing. You need to rinse and hang when you get in after a workout if you don't want stuff to smell but it shouldn't be that hard. Just -- consider whether it's true that you have no room.

Be patient it is worth it. I've followed the plan to week 5 occasionally had 2 or 3 days in between as life gets in the way. I still look forward to each run and I'm going to do this! Keep up the good work and enjoy 😊
