I'm back !!!!! I know it's only been just over a week but seemed forever
As my last post explained I was ill a few days following my holiday ( not related) - then ran a repeat of wk7r3 - - I blinking well then had to have small procedure so this stopped me for another 6 days (ππππ) aaarrrrrgggghhhh
So I did w8r1 tonight - not going to lie it did seem long after a week not running but I pushed myself to do it. Chose treadmill so at home incase too much for me . Next run back outside in the fresh air
Some lovely forum friends been sending me messages - Thankyou ... you know who you are β€οΈ
I was gutted for my journey to be interrupted however it doesn't matter as long as I get there .
Need help with apps for outdoor running as map my run seems to be inaccurate . Is strava more accurate ?? Would like to know my pace and distance rather than just times -- also can you run them alongside c25k app and Spotify ??

Well done on getting out there again, take it nice and steady as you recover. I was always a big fan of Runtastic and still use it if I have forgotten to charge my watch battery. It is always consistent with the garmin distance as well. Strava is very popular but I've never tried it myself.
