Last year I started the couch to 5K and fell in love with it got to about week 5 and due to different things I stopped and never really got back into it. This weekend I decided to get back into it due to having a fitness test to pass for a new job and because I'm determine to loose weight. Downloaded the app, set up my music, got the dog and I was off and it was great. Cant believe how much I enjoyed it and how easy I felt getting back into it, albeit I am still quite unfit. Cant wait to get keep going and prove to myself I can do it.
