Just 'completed' first run of week 4. Has to walk before end of second 3 min run but managed to do the 5 mins at end without stopping. I think I may cover more ground while I am walking rather than 'running'. Is this normal or I am just a shortie legs? 😅

It's fine, don't worry. It's supposed to be gradual and you progress carefully. Small steps., no dramas. That's what's so good about this programme. You will be surprised at your progress so keep going slowly and carefully

Thank you, am taking very small steps just now 😜. Hopefully find my stride soon.

Don't lengthen your stride. Keep it under your hips as if were 🙂
