W4R3 Beautiful morning

I was out running at 7am this morning and what a beautiful morning it was to run😁

I am making the transition between loving and noticing my surroundings and thinking about the running.

This morning there were loads of squirrels, rabbits and birds migrating along with the most beautiful mist over the river 😁😁

I remembered why I love running 🏃
