Well I did it may not have been fast but I was steady and didn't stop.....been in Paignton with the family all wk but still kept it up.....This is the view of my last run in Paignton going home today

A view like that and the run just flies by. And well done you for keeping it up when on holiday. Its never easy at home never mind when you are travelling.

Just keep that photo in mind when you are back at home next week.

And well done for another week. You are now past the halfway point !

😅 A week since my last w5r2 I have finally managed to run W5r3. It wasn’t sprightly, it definitely
