I have already stated on this forum that I have the greatest respect for people who start this program, throughout like we all have our hills to climb but for some reason there are some of us who choose not to walk but to waddle, jog or actually run up those hills.

Throughout the 9 weeks that we ALL will do or have done we go through so many emotions, fear, doubt, realisation/revelation and elation. We learn so much about ourselves that we really didn't know and how great our bodies really are; our bodies go through so many changes, internally and externally, you may start the journey a little wobbly or jiggly. You may start the journey self-conscious or self assured but providing you take the time and dedicate up to 40 minutes of your day for a minimum of 27 days you get to graduate and call yourself a runner.

For those doing there graduation runs this week, pick a wide path to run on, there's a lot of us alongside you.

Great post Lee ! There are a fair few of us out there... my field track was quite crowded this morning... certainly shocked the wildlife! :)
