So a month or so later I thought I need to sort my life out get fit stop feeling sorry for myself so here I am completing week 1 of c24k and I actually looked forward to it today felt good but by 6 run legs got heavy but I did it 😁😁

Yay! Well done! It’s so tough to begin with isn’t it? Keep with the programme, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve! And that’s coming from someone who never, ever ran anywhere - even as a child. I’d walk everywhere with my head in a book! I’m so amazed that here I am now in my 40s out RUNNING! Wow! But I’m so enjoying it. Just try to keep thinking only positive thoughts though - “I can do this!” The moment any negative thoughts creep in it becomes immediately so hard to do it. Your mind set makes a massive difference to whether you’re going to succeed. You CAN do it! Good luck!
