I don't actually know how far I went in my wk4R1 this morning, should I mind?

As it is meant to get me to 5k, how is that measured?

thanks

It does not matter..the programme is intended to get you running for 30 minutes...after 9 weeks..having had fun and staying injury free😃

No, it doesn't matter about distance, depends on fitness, some can get to 5k in 9 weeks but most can't. The running plan is designed to get complete beginners from couch potato to running 5K (or 30 minutes) in nine weeks. Can measure distance on a phone or Garmin watch, but there's no need to worry about that yet, well done on getting to w4r1..just carry on going slow and steady..😊

I hope not!!!! No, seriously it doesn't matter, it's not about speed or distance, it's about you running for 30 minutes...you can work on your distance after graduation....enjoy the programme
