What a fabulous run this evening, my transition to outdoors running πŸƒ has taken a new twist. Jumping over puddles how much fun was that, watching where I could put my feet. Time floats by when your having fun.

Over not round, looking for the little bits where I could land and leap again. All inspired by a frog crossing over towards the lake, 🐸

I love running outdoors and puddle jumping is an absolute must although this morning I just ran through them as it took less energy to go through them rather than jump them!!

It sure does! I run on the mountain bike track sometimes, with all its ups and downs, bends and chicanes. It's like being a kid again πŸ˜ƒ

Lots of fun to be had in all weathers πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘πŸƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈβœ”οΈ

Uh oh - sounds like someone has caught that dodgy running bug - you do realise that there is no cure for it don't you? Next thing you will be either planning a holiday around Parkrun locations and looking for suitable running routes around your holiday location! :)
