Don't be daunted by it. Just take your time. Slow is just great and will take you places!

You're in the right frame of mind....trust the programme...it really does work, it's some sort out wizardry!!!! Lol.....things just happen...if you persist....bad runs go down as practice runs so you collect the Kms & stamina & put it in the bank and try again....there'll be lots of surprises along the way....you've had your first by saying you're enjoying it...I know...crazy isn't it???!!!!!!
