I've never ran in my life so was really pleased with myself today . Felt quite good after I must admit

Well done, I am 51, just done my first run today after not running since I was at school. I am so glad I logged into this site, I am sure when I get in from work and it is cold and dark I will need the extra moral support....We can do this
