Just finished week five after a few weeks off due to lack of motivation. Managed to run 20 minutes with only a 30 second break so feeling very chuffed. Beautiful autumn morning so now ready for week 6 starting Wednesday. Off to do my sit ups to tackle the Rolls of tummy fat. Watched the TV last night on body age. Do not want to have body age 20 years older than my birth age.

Stick with it! Well done for continuing with the programme. I'm also starting W6 on Wednesday. Feel stronger and fitter - Couch25K does what it says, so hang in there & keep going. Good luck 👍.

Very impressed by you completing the 20 min run after a few weeks' break, that's amazing! And then sit-ups ... you sound like one motivated lady 😄 I'm just one run behind you so please keep posting your progress.
