Well done and welcome! You are doing so well!

Biggest tips:

Stop talking about hitting walls..... a positive mental attitude will pay dividends!

Stay slow and steady, as we say here.

Always follow the programme.

Take your rest days.

Enjoy the journey 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻

Well done.

You can't fail this programme unless you head back to the couch.

Keep slow.

If you don't complete a run then you repeat it until completion, then move on.

As Jacs says, be positive and fearless.............there is nothing to fear and plenty to be positive about.

Believe in yourself. In a few weeks you will run for thirty minutes, but for now just concentrate on the next run.

Keep running, keep smiling
