Slowly slowly

It was only when I was out joffling this morning that I realised just how slow I am going.

I'm normally running through fields and forests at home in the Czech Republic and more recently have been running in California but at 5.30am so that I can get it in before work.

So this morning along he Toronto lake front I was out there amongst the 'beautiful people'.

Those sprightly neon dayglo spandex youngsters as I wobbled along on W6R1.

6 weeks ago I would have felt downhearted. 6 weeks later and I am happy with myself for being out there and still doing it!!

Looking forward to the location for W6R2 tomorrow.

Wonderful!

What a running adventure you are having.. and what sights you are seeing too! So great to be sharing it with you too..thank you :)

PS

Sometimes, the neon dayglo spandex youngsters burn out in a blaze of light... you however, will still be running:)
