I know this is a running forum, and I'm getting a great deal of help, support, encouragement and assistance from you guys.
But, the running, matched with what I push down my throat, has resulted in 2.5Kg weight loss so far.
Slow and steady does it for the running, and the diet, too ...

Yep, slow but sure. No dramatic weight loss just sensible healthy eating and drinking, combined with exercise and off the weight comes 🙂👍
