Hi! I expect you have done the run by the time you read this, but I just wanted to say that I repeated week 1, as I was so unfit and out of condition (I am a 67 year old Granny!) But although 90 secs seemed an impossibility, Week 2 actually did not present any difficulty (apart from jogging uphill) so the programme really works and it is well worth sticking with it. My goal is a ParkRun with three athletic daughters, all of whom are encouraging me to the hilt.
