Completed this one round our country park with my daughter. She s always a bit in front and I was surprised to find my average pace was 11.45 compared to my usual 12.20 .plus it didn't feel like I was a bit speedier I bet I'd got the wind behind me 🤣anyway nearly there happy running all .
