Fantastic work beating those gremlins and finishing the run! I know what you mean about those weights - they were in my thighs today as I nearly went backwards on the last run of W4! Keep posting and rest well 😊

I did the same run last night and felt just the same -those gremlins were very naughty yesterday! Still the run is completed and I still have my legs so all in all a success! Happy running!
