Week 1 run 1 again lol

So in week 2 I suffered from shin splint. I rested for a week and did my daily stretches. Felt much better today and watched a few videos about better techniques.

Decided to go to back to week 1 run 1 tonight it well so well. A great start back on the programme happy days.

Lesson learnt plenty of rest plenty of stretching and go slow

Glad you decided to try again, I nearly ended up on a repeat of week 3 as I found I couldn't hold the pace that I thought I should jog at but then a very wise person told me 3 simple words, slow and steady.
