Well week 2 run 3 is done, and you know what? It was great, I would say by far my best run to date. I felt I naturally upped my pace, I actually started 30 seconds early by mistake (as soon as Jo started talking rather than when she said "Go") and I felt like I had plenty left in me. Bring it on, week 3, I'm ready for you
