I was hoping to finish on Wednesday. I did W9 R1 yesterday and hope to go out tomorrow for r2 and r3 on Wednesday BUT as they day has gone on I've developed a stinking cold and can barely breathe through my nose. Arrrrgggghhhh! I am hoping the congestion disapprears overnight and I can at least trot my way through a run tomorrow. However, if I can't get out tomorrow then so be it. Well done you on having just one run left. Fab stuff. When do you hope to get that last run done?

Tuesday hopefully - I did run 2 this morning. Sorry to hear about your cold - I hope it doesn't hold you back, although don't beat yourself up if you need a day or two. We've come so far! What are you planning for post graduation? I just downloaded the c25k+ podcasts today. Get well soon!

I was a complete snotbag but did do R2 this morning. Bizarrely, it was also my fastest time!! One more run to do! Not sure what I'll do post C25k but I suspect I'll repeat week 9 until I manage 5k within 30 mins as I'm not quite there yet. Good luck for tomorrow. Let us know how you get on. Me too! Week 9 Run2 done this evening. Knees a bit dodgy but hoping to finish the final run on Tuesday. Can't quite believe it!
