Cramp. ...ouch!

So I'm on week 4 and have completed runs 1 and 2. The second one was more successful than the first. ..but that's ok as it's all progress. The challenge I've had both times is really painful calves for most if the run. Any tips?

Just progress very slowly through the sessions. No need to push at all, and you will get stronger and niggles will reduce 🙂👍

Aches are to be expected, but pain really is not. So if you haven't been stretching maybe worth building into your routine...

Warm up well.. and take it as misswobble says... slowly... as slowly as you like.. try to land lightly too :)
