Wk4r3 loved it!

Didn't enjoy R2 but yesterday's r3 felt great. Sorted my breathing and also weirdly felt faster even with no faster daughter ahead of me.

Noticing the benefits of the running all round, feel heathlier, firmer legs and easier up the stairs at work. Planking at Pilates tonight was easier too!

Feeling a bit anxious for wk5 but am trusting in the program to get it done. Wk5R1 tomorrow.
