I DID IT!! WK9 RUN3 FINISHED 👍🏃👍

Tonight I completed couch to 5k, when I started WK1 Run1, I never thought I would do it but I have and I'm proud!!

Tonight I run for a full 5k and my time was 36 minutes, not fast but I did it and could have run longer, but didn't want to o we do it.

It's official I'm a runner 🏃
