Weekly chat 4th to the 10th September

Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going,

Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

If youre a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.

On advice from the Bridge to 10K brigade, following my 10K run on Wednesday, I did parkrun on Saturday then only 3K today and I am now resting until Saturday when I will do the Marple 10K run.

I am looking forward to it, just hoping that I won't keep everybody waiting for me to finish :)


Did my first run yesterday after spending 3 weeks on the IC. Did W3R1 and took it really slowly, but felt a little twinge in the calf muscle which concerns me a bit. Going to try W4R1 in a couple of days.


Hiya JuJu - well something worked as todays C25K forum posts topped 100 - which I haven't seen before.

Good to see you posting - you've been quiet of late, and the Panther was missed!



I've just downloaded the app!

I suppose the next step is to set a date and do it! I have one worry though that is stopping me ...... bladder related. Does anyone have any tips please. Thanks
