On advice from the Bridge to 10K brigade, following my 10K run on Wednesday, I did parkrun on Saturday then only 3K today and I am now resting until Saturday when I will do the Marple 10K run.
I am looking forward to it, just hoping that I won't keep everybody waiting for me to finish
Did my first run yesterday after spending 3 weeks on the IC. Did W3R1 and took it really slowly, but felt a little twinge in the calf muscle which concerns me a bit. Going to try W4R1 in a couple of days.
I suppose the next step is to set a date and do it! I have one worry though that is stopping me ...... bladder related. Does anyone have any tips please. Thanks
