Soooooooo week 1. Completed 😊😊😊 I feel amazing- my last run was in the rain- soooooo nice. My body aches but Ive had more energy this week than for as long as I can remember, I actually have stopped craving sweet and sugary foods. I still have a massive issue of eating in the middle of the night but heyho- I eat special k. I'm just so amazed at how great I feel. Anyone who is just beginning- keep going. It's so worth it- and people on this forum are so inspirational- I read the posts every day. Thanks to you all. I'm now really looking forward to Wk2 (which I was dreading last wk) Roll on Tues- on ready!!!! 😊
