Baby Steps 'r'Us

So, after nearly three weeks of enforced R&R for the dodgy hip, I decided to venture back out today just to see how things would go. Nothing too strenuous, mind- just a 5-minute warmup walk, a 5-minute (very slow) run and a 5-minute walk to finish off, and.....no twinges of objection from the hip. I'm going to take a couple of days before the next trip out (Pilates classes have started on Tuesdays again so I wouldn't run AND do Pilates on the same day) and am thinking of going back to week 4 and slowly building back up to where I was (W7R2) before the dreaded Injury Couch beckoned. Wish me luck :-)
