Any tips on keeping a pace? I had a month off for an injury and struggling to get back in to it. I seem to be erratic with my pace and wonder if that's not helping? 🤷♀️

Pacing
I'm still rubbish at pacing and I'm four years in! Don't worry about it at this stage but after graduation you could work on it. Just keep every run very slow for the programme.
Running to a certain beat to match your spm (steps per minute) can help, counting in your head or investing in a running watch will give you your pace so you can keep an eye on it while you run. Even though I've got a watch the thing that's helped me the most is counting in my head -1234-1234.....
Most running apps and all running watches can give you a current pace reading. There is inevitably a minor lag. The only non tech way I can imagine is to measure the distance between lampposts, then count or time yourself between them........... doesn't work in fields, of course.
Pacing, in my opinion, is one of the toughest things to master. I invariably find myself heading off too fast after a break........but many of my PBs have come after a break.
