A great idea...( unfortunately, the link did not work for me??)

I run and ramble.. I have all my running adventures, logged, from the start of C25K, nearly two years ago, from Graduation in the winter of 2015 and beyond as I carry on my running journey!

Mine are in an ongoing book form! It is a great way to log progress and see just how far we progress..also, a wonderful way to record the changing of the seasons of the year, and the turning of the world.

We all get different things from our running...that is what is so brilliant! For me it is the run, then writing about it .. or as my friends who know me on here would tell you, the rambling...( I am famous, sorry, infamous... for my looooong posts!)

Well done you!

Oh no! I wonder why the link didn't work? If you go to my website, englishmum.com, you should be able to see it there. I'd love to read your book! Some of the posts I enjoy most on here are the story-like ones (like those from @jancanrun). Thank you :)
