Hey everyone it's been a while. I'm back to week 9 after having an injury. It wasn't even from running, I was wearing heels and fell lol. Anyway I had to take a breal then I had to go back to Week 7 to build up to 9 again. But I'm adamant I'm going to finish this. Wish me luck.

Pesky heels - I find because of running and being hot that I wear a lot of flats and then heels are a real problem. Maybe we need a C25K equivalent from going from trainers to heels, so that we don't fall over.... Although I do accept that wearing heels for 30 seconds then swapping for trainers for 2 minutes and then back to heels again may not be practical... What about stabilisers?
My ankle is fine now. I think I just slipped on something so I think I'll be fine without them. Haha. I've sold all my really high heels though only left with maximum 2 inch ones

Yes I think my 4 inch days are long over - I can manage 3 inches with a wedge, but then it's still a comedy walk ...., like when a 5 year old puts on her mum's high heels...
