Good morning

Back to NHS

So today an another trial to analyse the injury

7 km run

Started slow and then builder up the pace

No Hyderation and stop at every 2 km

Fav running spot in university ...

Improvement in pace from 7.47 to 7.27 even after including steps this time

Talking about injury ( Planter )

No pain in this 7 km run

Now let's see if it comes back in the day time

Tomorrow again 7 km but in a different terrain ... May be hills .. let's see

Keep going

Have you been injured? Just thinking a 7K hilly run might not be the best thing to do if you're injured/just back from injury.
