Hello, I'm about to do W5R3 - I'm on holiday in Cornwall and i don't think I can manage the 20 min run up and down hills - can anyone recommend somewhere flat in this area that would be good for running? Thank you 😀

Thank you, I hadn't come across this before.

Same problem here, I go to hayle on Sunday for 11 days and it's so hilly! Unless I run on the beach which is scary as won't that make it harder too?? I will only be on week 3 and 4 though so my runs won't be as long as yours. Sorry can't help but I am in the same boat 😂

Yes, I don't think I want to run on the sand either! I'm going to try the costal path by Lelant, as looking at it from the train today it looked fairly flat and is one of the ideas on the walkjogrun.net. mentioned above. Good luck too and enjoy your holiday!
