First two 5 mins runs weren't too bad and I actually enjoyed the run.

Last 5 mins run felt tough but I kept going. Noticing the faster recovery and having to drink less water despite running more which can only be a good sign.

A bit worried about this 20 min run I'm hearing about for the third run but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Love reading through the posts on this group - makes me feel inspired and not alone- thank you everyone 😊

Awesome work. I'm on week 3 and every week is a bit scarier than the last. Keep at it. You're over half way!
