Foggy Vision

Fellow eyeglass wearers...I had to stop running and slow down to a walk instead this morning because of the warm air and rain fogging up my specs...Couldn't see a thing! Any practical solutions that won't harm my glasses? Please don't suggest contacts as that's not an option at this time. Thanks in advance!

I use a baseball type running cap with a peak that helps, also has a sweatband that stops sweat going into my eyes and making my them sting, and of course is washable..

Ooh, I had the same problem today! Wondered if I would have been better without glasses they were so steamed up while I was running. No solution, but lots of empathy
