Sore swollen ankles

Hi all , was going great guns until last week when I developed painful ankles , especially the left one actually became quite swollen!

I have rested it and has improved somewhat but still a bit dodgy!!

My daughter who is an experienced runner has emphasised the importance of stretches ,which of course I wasn't paying a lot of attention to .... think I've learned this lesson the hard way πŸ™

Any advice going forward?

Walked 5 k this morning to keep moving πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Thanks πŸ‘

Poor you. Annoying when we get injured running. Try these:

It's good to keep moving, so continue walking whilst your ankles improve.
