Doing W7 R2 in morning and would like to go alittle less slowly.

Am I better to increase cadence or stride length?

Which is better energy wise.

Energy wise.......I couldn't tell you......joint wise..... avoid increasing stride length at this stage of your running career. Cadence increase is the way to go, but speed is not considered important to complete C25K.
