Managed 18 minutes and 14 seconds before I had to stop today! I was really annoyed at myself this morning for stopping so close to the end, but then on reflection, I was gasping for air after 90 seconds of running 3 weeks ago and so I have to take the positive from that instead. I wouldn't never have imagined that I would have been anywhere near this level back then and the feedback I have had from previous posts on here have been really helpful.

I just completed the W5R3, and if its any consolation, I was almost running backwards at about the 18 minute mark, I may as well have been. You are wise to listen to your body, there's always next time and you will be stronger next time in the legs and lungs.
Very well done you... so close ... take it slow and steady.... you have had an amazing journey so far... and you will do this.. pull back, relax and ease into that run....Oh yes.... you will do this
