Well, that went about as good as the first one did. I would love to be further along, and had to keep telling myself to take that test day. I will probably repeat W1 because I could still only continuously run about 1/2 of the 60 second run times. Looking forward to seeing what I can do!! Have a great weekend everyone!!

Well done.
There is no point moving on if you have not completed any runs. Repeat until successful, then move on. Each run, even if you don't complete it, is building your stamina, so the programme is working. There is no quick fix but the results are so worthwhile.

Great attitude. Stick to the programme, stretch after each run and take your rest days. You are building a running body.
